As far as her Philosophy of Education, Green said, “I firmly believe that every student, when provided with a positive learning atmosphere, can learn at any age. I believe school should be an exciting and enjoyable place, while at the same time providing a platform for exploration and enhancement of student learning. When students enjoy coming to school they learn. I believe that every child is unique in their own way and needs a safe secure caring nurturing environment in order to grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. My desire as an educator is to help students obtain their fullest potential. Helping students develop a deep love for learning, and develop respect for themselves and others is very crucial. I believe that it is very important that the voice of every student is heard so that they are comfortable expressing themselves. As for me, the educational field provides an opportunity for my continual learning and growth. As I share my love and passion for learning, I hope it encourages the same in every student and teacher I come in contact with. I will always strive to be the best educator that I can possibly be.”
