MacArthur KMAC

  • KMAC is a student-run and produced broadcast at MacArthur High School. KMAC episodes are live streamed daily via our You Tube channel to all classrooms at MacArthur. Viewers can stay informed about campus happenings, club meetings, team scores, and other important information. Students create videos that recap games and events occurring at MacArthur, fun videos, and traditional news packages that are aired on our bi-monthly extended broadcast known as KMAC HD.

The students earn two or three credits in the practicum class known as KMAC. In addition to the daily broadcasts of what’s happening at Mac, other video services are offered for campus, district, and community groups through our KMAC Enterprise branch. For a fraction of the cost of hiring a professional video team, students can meet your video needs from concept to final video. Off-site internships are also available for those who want to apply their skill in a professional environment.
