James A. Ratteree Career Development Center was dedicated in honor of Mr. James A. Ratteree in 2001. The CTE programs offered at the Ratteree are offered to students all over the district but directly connected to Cardwell Prep.

District textbooks and learning resources are also located at the Ratteree.
