The Office of Legal Services (“OLS”) is responsible for handling the district’s legal matters.  While OLS supports the entire district, all requests for our assistance should come from district administrators using the OLS intranet site.  However, the OLS intranet site also contains answers to many commonly asked questions and electronic versions of recent trainings provided by OLS that all district employees may find helpful. 

The District’s General Counsel is authorized to receive service on behalf of the District.
